We're hiring a Senior Consultant to lead larger client engagements for Ontrak Consulting Group and help shape how we deliver compliance, operations, sales, and marketing consulting to security companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation
• Mentor and support junior consultants on client projects
• Contribute to the development of Ontrak's consulting frameworks and methodologies
• Manage senior-level client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in business consulting, operations, or a related field
• Experience managing complex client engagements independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Own the largest and most complex client engagements
• Help build and refine Ontrak's internal consulting playbooks
• Support the growth and training of the broader consulting team
